About Alexandra

Alexandra had promised herself that she would never in her life attend a yoga class, but how fortunate that she broke that promise!
​
"It was love at first Savasana, the first time I felt completely present and whole within myself. After that, there was no turning back – I started practicing yoga once a week, increased it to twice, and then 5-6 times a week until I became a yoga teacher in 2010. I love to see the positive effect yoga has on myself and my students!"

Alexandra teaches her classes in English with a twinkle in her eye, humor, and laughter, always integrating all her studies from different styles and teachers, her knowledge of anatomy and her love to this magical practice of yoga.
