Reservations and Acceptance

To check room availability, use the availability request form on our website.

Once we receive the request, we will respond within 3 days via email with information on room availability, including the conditions of stay, prices, and payment methods. If possible, please also follow up via Whatsapp if you do not get a response via email.

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of our booking confirmation email, which contains details of your stay at the B&B and the price.

On the day of arrival, check-in starts at 2:00 PM; on the day of departure, check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid ID document for legal purposes; otherwise, they cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to replace the assigned room with another of equal or higher quality without notice and at no additional cost.
Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are per room per night and include taxes and breakfast. The tourist tax is not included and adds an extra charge of €2 per person per day.

The stay price is the one communicated in the reservation acceptance email.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, we request credit card details as a guarantee. These details are not used to charge the stay cost but only to collect any penalty due in the event of cancellation or stay reduction.

The stay must be paid at departure, exclusively in cash or by bank check.
Cancellations

Cancellations of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated via email to: book@rignana.estate or via Whatsapp +393336830988 .

You may modify your reservation up to 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival at the property without penalty according to availability. Cancellations up to 8 weeks, receive a 70% refund.

For cancellations communicated less than 8 weeks of the arrival date, there will be no refund issued. We will however do our best to find alternative dates within the year of booking.
